Rett @ 18 months
February 26th marked 18 months for my little hunk-of-love. He is all that and more. Oh, could not imagine life without this kid. His smile, his gap between his two front teeth, his pucker-up kisses and tight squeezes around my neck, his chubby toes, and so much more make me melt. Here's a few pics I took right around the year-and-a-half mark...
He had a fettish for a short stint with Abby's knitted hats. And you can still find this boy running around the house at any given time with either his pants or his shirt off.
It was pitch-black in this picture. I had gone in to check on him and he managed to put another hat on.
Yep, that's him wearing yet another hat at breakfast the next morning while enjoying his go-to meal of an Eggo waffle.
One of many pictures taken by Abby
One of countless forts built by Abby. This was taken just seconds before Rett demolished it. She gets so frustrated with him sometimes. :)
Rett loves playing in the kitchen utensils drawer and Abby doesn't like to miss out on anything of course.
Matt really started reading to Rett a short while ago and ever since the kid can't get enough of books. He loves to make the animal noises (especially roarrrr!) and turn the pages.
Just hanging out one morning in one of their forts.
Rett can be a bit of a pouter to get Mom's attention and lately he'll pick up the floor rugs as if to say, "Mom, come clean up this mess I made."
