Rett and the Big 2!
I can't believe my little guy is getting so big! He is my little lover boy and I feel like the luckiest mom to have him in my every day. We had a fun-filled birthday weekend at home with each other and even a few friends.
As soon as he woke up on his big day, we gave him his first present (that he helped pick out):
He LOVES his "Georgie"... I wish you could all hear him say it!
For lunch we met some friends at Costco for cheese pizza, root beer, and chocolate yogurt.
After dinner at home that night, we had red velvet cake with "dirt crumbles" on top to go with his Caterpillar tractors. Whenever we go out for a drive, Rett loves to look for "Tractors!"
After cake, we headed to the Desert Hills HS varsity football game! Abby loved watching the cheerleaders and Rett just enjoyed hanging around all the fans (he's not shy at all and such a flirt!). We figured we'd watch football on Rett's birthday since it will probably be part of his life someday. :)
He also enjoyed watching all the kids socializing below while sipping on his soda:

It looks like Rett had one awesome day! Happy Birthday to that cute little guy. Food and football is all a man needs :) You are a great mom to make him feel so special and it looks like Abby enjoyed it all too!
Oh Rett, can't believe he is 2! I love his blonde hair and his fun personality. What a fun day for him!
love this little buddy...miss you guys!
Oh so much fun! He sure has a dang cute smile, and that blonde hair! Hope you guys are doing great!
Those pictures make me miss all the more! He is such a "hunk of love" for sure. Tell him I'm excited to see him and felt bad I wasn't home when you came to buy your car (and help Camille move in).
Happy Birthday little man...you are simply adorable :)
Happy birthday Mr. Rett! Zach will be three Wednesday - these little guys are so precious. Is he winking in these pictures? So cute!!
Love the 2 year old stage!! Even though at times they can have some crazy moods, they are sooo excited about life! What a fun birthday. That day was a non stop party from sun up to sun down. Darling family Andrea!
Seriously, your kids could be the Gerber poster children--they have such beautiful little faces with those beaming smiles. I always love to catch up on your family through your blog.
