A Camping We Will Go!
We figured we were due for another camping trip, considering we bought a tent earlier this year and we'd only used it once or twice. Lets just say that after this trip, I think we'll plan the next one next year. The early evening and late morning were decent temps, but the night time was pretty chilly! We heard it got down to 35 degrees in the middle of the night.
Other than the temperature, we had a lot of fun and ate yummy food. Steak for dinner with S'mores for dessert, bagels and yogurt for breakfast, and pulled pork sandwiches for lunch. On our way home, we stopped of course at Veyo Pies and picked up a banana cream. Mmm.
We got home, washed and unloaded the car, and then cleaned and organized the garage. By the day's end, we were exhausted... and dirty. So it was fun to sleep in a bit (except for Dad who had early meetings) on Sunday and then get all clean and pretty again!

Singing songs around the campfire! We pretty much had the campground to ourselves.
The smoke from the fire really bugged Abby. Such a girl. :)
Roasting mallows with our own willow sticks.

I think it's so great that you guys go camping and hiking! I married a non camper, all the way. But that's alright, he's so great in so many other ways. I miss you all!
