I've been tagged unofficially by Erika. Here's a little more inside scoop on Matt and me:

1. What is his name? Matt
2. How long have you been together? We met the end of March 2002, were engaged June 7, 2002, and married August 3, 2002. So just over five years.
3. When and where did you first meet? We first met while campaigning for student government offices (not the same office) at Utah State University. We became very well acquainted during the Spring Leadership Retreat in March. :) I could go on, but most of you have probably already heard the story.
4. How long did you date? 5 months total (3 before engaged, 2 more until marriage).
5. How old is he? 28
6. Who eats more? Overall, we probably eat about the same amount... but it all depends on what we're eating. He eats more sweets, I eat more popcorn and drink more soda, etc.
7. Who said I love you first? Matt said those three words just two days after our first official date. All I could muster at the time was "thank you" and went in for the hug. It really wasn't that pathetic.
8. Who is taller? Matt is by about 3.5 inches.
9. Who sings better? I would have to say Matt. He joined the institute choir in college just to meet a girl so he has much more formal training than my 11th grade choir experience. I really wish I could sing though.
10. Who is smarter? Depends on the topic/subject. Academically, definitely Matt... and not just because he's had three more years of schooling than me. He's always had it in him, but didn't always know it.
11. Whose temper is worse? Ummm... me. Not proud of it either. We're working on it though.
12. Who does the laundry? I do, but Matt is great to help me fold and put away.
13. Who does the dishes? Both of us do, but mostly me since I'm home more. According to Matt, even if he does do the dishes, I always have to add my touch to complete the task. Another thing I'm working on... not being so particular as to how things get done.
14. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Looking down... I do because it's the closest side to the door for when I feed Abby during the night.
15. Who pays the bills? I pay the mortgage, utility and other misc. bills and Matt pays the credit card. He likes to do the budgeting. Funny that I'm the one who studied Family Finance.
16. Who mows the lawn? We share the responsibility. I like to trim the edges through.
17. Who cooks dinner? I cook every night (unless we're having leftovers) and he trys to cook every Sunday.
18. Who drives when you're together? Usually Matt unless we're traveling long distances then we trade off.
19. Who is more stubborn? Usually me, but I've learned in our 5+ years of being together that he actually has a bit of stubborness to him. How about that.
20. Who is the first to admit when they're wrong? Usually Matt. Dang, I'm not looking so good. Maybe I should stop typing right now!
21. Whose parents do you see the most? Probably mine since I go home the most. We really don't see either sets very much at all. Sad but true. I talk on the phone more with mine than either of us do with his (they like email).
22. Who kissed who first? Matt. First date. What a man!
23. Who asked whom out? Matt asked me to go with him to an Institute Fireside. Pretty romantic, eh? Ya, lots of heads turned that night when we walked into the Logan Tabernacle because Matt was serving as president at the time.
24. Who proposed? Matt did on the mountain just behind The Bountiful Temple.
25. Who is more sensitive? We both are, however, I do cry a lot more.
26. Who has more friends? Me. But only because I need them more than he does.
27. Who has more siblings? Me - by two. Six sisters and one brother in my fam and four sisters in his.
28. Who wears the pants in the family? I like Matt to wear them, but depending on the issue at hand, we both try to squeeze into a pair.
