The Playmill Theatre
Even though this picture was taken like six weeks ago, I had to put it on my blog only because this is one of my most favorite places in all the world. The night we went, I didn't take my camera. My sister Michele took this picture and sent it to me yesterday.
Let me just tell you how much I love this place. We've been going every summer ever since I can remember. My favorite shows have been "Annie, Get Your Gun," "Joseph," "You Can't Take it With You," "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers," and more. They always do such a good job. One secret regret I have and am reminded by it every time I go is that I SO wish I would have gotten more into acting/dancing/singing. Instead, I chose the athletic route. Don't get me wrong, a lot of good came from that too. And I know you can't do everything all at once in life. But this is something I really wish I would have pursued. My mom was in The Playmill one summer while she attended Ricks College and I sort of envy her. Who knows, maybe one day I'll be in the local theatre or singing before a large audience. Until then, it remains an activity I do in the privacy of my own home. Sorry guys, but I don't quite have the confidence just yet to perform for ya'll.

You could definitely do it! Which reminds me...I need your autograph.
Ok, I am totally jealous!! My favorite place on earth is the Playmill. I agree, I sure wish I would have auditioned for a part one summer or something. You look darling!
