August Wrap-Up
What's summer without a trip to Mickey D's? My friend Becky and I took the girls there and they had a time of their life while we enjoyed chatting with our $1 drinks in hand.
This is what we do after this:
Our favorite summer evening treat: air-popped butter popcorn w/ sea salt and homemade snocones. After the amount of money we spent last summer on these, I was very happy to find a Pampered Chef ice shaver at a garage sale for $5. We bought the juices from our favorite snoshack in town. Several times Abby has told both Mom and Dad a "secret" that goes like this: "I think we should make popcorn and snocones tonight" all with a big smile on her face. Doesn't take much to make her happy.
Just taking a break at one of the ward co-ed softball games.
Oh no... it's already begun. Remember this, Tom? What a brother has to go through when he has older sisters.
Abby has been fascinated with letters lately and decided to outline her alphabet puzzle. This was just the beginning.
And since she loves to play with the Scrabble game pieces so much, she decided to make some for herself!
Baths are DAILY around here in the summertime (sometimes twice a day for little guy).

I haven't checked your blog in a while and my jaw dropped when I saw your little boy just turned ONE! Time really does fly. He is so handsome and he and my boys have a lot in common loving all trucks:)
Andrea!! I miss you and your sweet family! I can't believe that Rett is 1! I hope to talk to you soon. The kids are back in school. It's a little less crazy here! But I miss them.

I finally had the opportunity to read your updated blog! It was so much fun being with you, Matt and darling Abby and Rett!! That's so cool about your $5 snow cone machine!
I want him to watch and learn while I havesex with her, I promise to be gentle and make it special for her because I want her to come to me for more
