Thanks for taking the time
even though you don't have a lot of it these days
to choosing to be with us.
It's the simple moments
like these
that make us long for more.
Shopping, out-to-lunch, watching old Shirley Temple movies...
and then singing her sweet songs together.
Haircuts, patty-cake, "uh doodully doodully doodully do's"
and just plain loving us for the simple beings that we are.

Being with you, Matt and especially the kids was such a pleasure! You two are doing a wonderful job raising Abby and Rett. I'm so glad you live close enough we can see you quite often.
