Boating and Conference
It doesn't get much better than that. Mom, Dad, Tom and Hill and fam all came down to George for a long weekend of boating at Sand Hollow, playing in the dunes at Snow Canyon, and watching General Conference. Tom and Hill stayed at her aunt's house that has a pool and hot tub so the girls did that at night. Grandpa took everyone to Chuck-a-Rama for dinner the first night and we enjoyed home cooked meals the other nights. Yummy food and treats on the boat on top of that and lets just say I need to go on a two week diet! Thanks family for a fabulous weekend of fun! Thanks Dad for sharing the boat with us and making sure everyone was safe and having a good time. Thanks Mom for playing with the little boys and keeping them out of harm's way. You're both great to put other's needs and wants before your own. We love you and look forward to more boating trips together!
Mom was a sport to go on the tube with me and she even tried her hand at waterskiing... go Mom!
The first day was overcast but the second day was hot and sunny! It was a record breaking day for high temps. It felt so good to just jump in the cool water... which we did as often as we could get a chance.
Rett found this little corner in the cabin that he enjoyed climbing up whenever he could.
The taxi tube going from our anchored boat to shore...
...and then taxiing back to the boat!

What FUN photos! I am so jealous that we can't just be there to enjoy those fun weekends with all of you. BOO HOO. I so wish my kids could see all those cute cousins more and be with their grandma and grandpa.
It even makes me teary-eyed to see you and our only bro, Tom, hanging in the water together. And yes, I can't even imagine how he must drive that boat with the tube! scary. you got some great pics, Ang! Glad you guys had so much fun!! love you!
You are surely efficient, Andrea--already posting your pictures from such a fun, fun weekend!! The weather couldn't have been greater (the storm made things very interesting), the food better, the company more perfect (except for even more family) and wonderful memories were created!!! Thanks for all you did to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Love, Mom
