Ward Basketball

For the past two months I've been playing on our ward basketball team. We were undefeated in stake play and took first place! We then went on to Regions that consisted of five stakes and made it to the semifinals. If we had won our last game, we'd be playing in the Regions Championship TONIGHT. Our biggest weakness was lack of height and size. I was the tallest player on our team at 5'8''! So I had to go up against the big mamas. ;) It was a lot of fun, and, other than a few scrapes and burns, I came away from the season injure-free! That was my biggest accomplishment.
A big thanks to Matt and kids who supported me at most of the games. Abby loved it so much it makes me think she could play someday? If she didn't wear princess stuff all day and dance like there was no tomorrow, I'd be more inclined to think she might follow in Mom's footsteps.

hahah, GO Ang! I loved this post. It would've been fun to see you play, it's been years since I've watched you play ball. I wish our stake did this, even though I'm crap at bball it'd still be fun. You look great too!

way to make it as far as you did and injure-free.

Andrea, Way to go to be injury-free and be able to play basketball, your passion! These pictures certainly brought back many, many memories of your games.
