How ARE you?

I was walking out of TJMaxx yesterday and a mother of two asked me, "How ARE you?" like how in the heck are you surviving pregnancy in this heat?

Only four more weeks to go folks and this baby better be making his way into the world! Who knows, maybe he'll decide to come sooner. I would have no problem with that whatsoever! Don't get me wrong... pregnancy has been good for the most part. I am so grateful just to BE pregnant. But just not in Southern Utah in the month of July/August. I am to that point where nothing but staying indoors in my a/c and lying under a ceiling fan is the only thing that sounds appealing. No thanks to swimming in a cool pool because that would mean I'd have to step foot outside to get there. Two showers per day is more like it. Matt's diet is being neglected because just turning on the oven makes me quiver. AVOID HEAT is my goal.

I did manage to go to Costco yesterday to buy various food/treats including Creamies. And what do you know, a lovely Creamie man gave me an extra box for free on my way out! So at least my family can enjoy something tasty right from our own home.
