Daddy-Daughter Overnighter
Abby was in Heaven just being with Dad. They went with other dads and their daughters from the ward on an overnight campout last night. Abby had fun helping her dad setting up the tent and then sitting around a campfire roasting s'mores and eating homemade chocolate ice cream. They were treated to a pancake and egg breakfast in the morning and then the two of them decided to go hiking.
And of course both were greatly missed by me. It's good to have them back!
Abby must have gotten up in the middle of the night and put her t-shirt on over her pajama top because this is how Matt found her in the morning.
They got rained on so Abby hung out in the car for a while... she is so her mom!

okay so that is soo cute. Matt is such a good dad. How did you do having a night all to yourself. I"m sure you missed them a lot.
