Saturday Hike at Snow Canyon

Ya, right.

Lots of cool volcanic caves. Matt called them "earth farts" because there were a lot of these small caves in the ground everywhere.

Can you find the lizard? This was the biggest one we saw (about 10 inches!). Most were only about 2 inches in length. I wish Tom were with us to help catch it!
There was even green grass on the top!

Kate and I were looking at your Snow Canyon picts and she asked, "Is she in a golf ball thing?" about the pict with Abby in her carrier. It does kind of look like a giant golf bag!
What a fun hike - did you see any snakes?
It is so beautiful there. I bet you guys are enjoying all the outdoorzy type stuff you can do in Souhtern Utah.
Ang! That is so beautiful! REminds me of my grandparents winter home in hurricane.....is Washington close? Anyway, i'm going to try your asparagus salmon salad too...sounds delicious! You always have great ideas!
