Hey Bloggers!
Question: How do you sign up for a reminder/notice every time a friend posts something new to their blog? I would love to know how to save myself from clicking on several blogs just to find that I've already read that particular post. Is this even possible?

A "reader" will change your life. Literally. So you can do it a few ways. You can just open your browser, go to the blog and look up in the tool bar for a little orange button that looks like the symbol for a radar. Is that exact enough for you? Or you can use bloglines. Go to that site, sign up and it does a similar thing. It's kind of hard to explain but dink around with it and you'll figure it out. But it doesn't work with private blogs. Those you'll have to do yourself.
Google Reader. Try it. Use it. Love it. It won't read private blogs but it will read others. I came home from Youth Conference today and there were something like 70 new messages. It's great. Good luck!
In preferences you can request to receive email notification each time you receive a comment. I used to check through my posts, too, but now the comments conveniently come to my email and I'm checking that anyway...so I save time.
I'm not exactly sure where the option is in preferences, but I've done it!
