HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMILLE!!!
(We won't disclose your age)

Oh, the memories. Thanks for being an awesome big sister and for always making sure we little ones were taken care of. No wonder you're Mom's favorite. :)

Who can forget...
-Hearing you say, "Look both ways before you cross the road," even when we were teenagers
-Coming home to the smell of fresh-baked oatmeal cookies... not made by Mom, but by Camille Crocker herself!
-Watching you make out with TT... under the yellow and white checkered blanket. To this day, Heather still refuses to get cozy in that thing.
-Watching your reaction after I threw the dead fish in the shower... while you were in it!
-Eating fudge... and lots of it... at The Playmill Theatre every summer
-Laughing til it hurts!
-Scaring you with my red-headed porcelain clown by putting it under your pillow at night
-Scaring you by chasing you around the house with my double-jointed thumb
-Always feeling loved while in your presence... whether it's the words you say or the things you buy! :)
And so much more...

I love you Sister! Happy 34th Birthday... oops, I disclosed the digits. Please forgive me.

When I think of Camille on her birthday, I think of this...

Happy birthday sweet Camille! I enjoyed our chitty-chat today. Andrea, this post made me laugh out loud. I love learning new things about my cool, aptly named, sister Camille. Sometimes I secretly wish I was a garner girl. :) Love Camille

Andrea, You are so sweet. This was the best bday gift I could have received! It actually kind of choked me up. You never know what people remember about you, so I am glad they are good happy things that you thought of. I love you....and as I always say, you are the sister I will forever be able to laugh the hardest with.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMILLE!!!!!! Those pictures are awesome....

And thanks to you, Ang, for giving me an idea. It's actually Jeff's birthday today so I'll give him a shout-out on the blog like you did for Camille. That was really sweet.

I have to leave my memories of Camille! I had to laugh at the one where you wrote about her telling the teenagers to look both ways before crossing the street. That happened quite frequently! Also, just imagine her wearing a green facial masque while telling us so. When I was a candy striper at Lakeview Hospital, I would secretly hope that flowers needed to be delivered on Camille's floor just so I can see her smiling face. (she was NOT a patient...some desk chick)Camille was always so kind to me and at times I felt like I too had her for a sister! Thanks, Camille! Happy Birthday! ~Sigrid

That was sweet of you Andrea! What a thoughtful blogger you are! I love the shot of Camille eating that cake...it reminded me of when we were at the cabin a couple years ago and Camille said "I'm going to get a big piece of fudge at the Playmill and it's going to go...right...here (pinching her side)" That always makes me laugh! Love you both!
