Nine is Cool
Abby and Jada both turn 9 this month! Well, that is, 9 months and 9 years, respectively. Abby on the 14th and Jada on the 24th. Abby and I have had so much fun playing with Jada this week while her mom attended class. We went bike riding, swimming, played at the park, and other fun stuff. Abby likes to eat Jada's face (we think it's because her skin looks like creamy chocolate). The two are a hoot together. I wish we could have Jada around more often.
Today was Abby's 9 month check-up. She weighed in at 20 pounds (75 percentile) and measured 31.5 inches (off the charts)! Looks like she's going to be tall. Basketball player or model? Hmmm...

Ang, you're going standby with Abby! Yikes! I saw a few people like me going standby as well, except they had kids. I wish you the best of luck.
Haha, funny sidenote, at the end of my travel day I was telling my mom about it and saying how I was SO SICK of having my carryon suitcase attached at my hip, having to cart it around everywhere for me for the past 40 hours. I mentioned that I felt like I had a baby. She said, "At least it wasn't crying."
Maybe you had to be there...who knows.

I think she'll opt for the basketball player gene... just like her mom :)
